Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Outfit order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
2. How To Start A Return
Use our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm your return and provide instructions.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Exchanges
Need a different size? Let us know when you request your return and we'll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we'll cover the cost.
6. Damaged Or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
